                                                                                     NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT VIA ATM CARD
 
This is to officially inform you that we have verified your contract file which is presently on my desk, the Ministry of Finance Benin Republic has finally approved your compensation payment of the total amount $2,500.000.00USD (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars) and the Bceao Bank Benin has been given the mandate to remit and transfer this fund to you.

We found out that you have not received your payment due to your lack of co-operation and not fulfilling the obligations giving to you in respect to your contract payment. Secondly, you are hereby advised to stop dealing with some non-officials in the bank as this is an illegal act and it will have to stop if you so wish to receive your payment immediately.

After the Board of directors meeting held in Benin Republic, we have resolved in finding a solution to your problem. We have arranged your payment through our SWIFT CARD PAYMENT CENTER in Europe, America, Africa and Asia Pacific; This is part of the instruction/mandate passed by the Senate in respect to overseas contract payment and debt re-scheduling.

The Central Bank is by releasing the sum of $2.5 Million Dollars to each and every one whose name appeared to us as a beneficiary who have not received his or her fund, although one of the reasons why some of you have not been able to receive your payment was due to the law in transferring such huge amount of money out of these Ecowas country without following due process and contacting us before the transfer.
 
We will send you an ATM VISA CARD which you will use to withdraw your money via ATM MACHINE in any part of the world, and the maximum daily limit is Fifteen Thousand United States Dollars ($15,000.00) valued sum at Two Million, Five Hundred United States Dollars {$2,500,000.00}.
 

If you like to receive your fund this way, Kindly reconfirm your detail information as follow bellow:

Be informed that once we reconfirm the above information from you we will immediately send your ATM CARD to you to your given address in your country via the DHL delivery service after which you can activate and begin withdrawal with your Card immediately.

 

Also note that all beneficiaries are to pay for the delivery of their ATM CARD to them to their country, therefore before your ATM Card will be delivered to you, you will be required to pay the sum of $150 dollar as the DHL delivery charged fee for the shipment of your ATM Card to you in your country via the DHL delivery service which you will get your CARD in just 2 days.

Note that you have to pay $150 for the delivery of your ATM CARD to you in your country,  if you do not pay this amount of $150 dollar, know that there is no way that your ATM CARD be delivered to you, therefore you are advice to make available your delivery of $150 dollar and your detail information as requested and get back to us immediately.

We shall be expecting to receive the payment of $150 and reconfirm your detail information as you have to stop any further communication with anybody or office.
